Orange Pie


Ingredient
100 ml fresh orange juice
2 tbsp sugar
3 pcs egg
50 ml fresh cream
50 ml fresh milk
1 pc short crust pastry

Cooking Method
1.Place the short crust pastry into the pie mould and trim. Pin some holes on the pastry with a fork.
2.Place the pastry into the pre-heat oven and bake at 180oc for 25 minutes. Cool down and set aside.
3.Mix the sugar with egg white. Then, add in fresh cream milk. Finally, pour in orange juice gradually.
4.Sieve the ingredient (3) and place into the pastry. Bake for another 25 minutes until the stuffing firm. Remove and cool down.

Mga Sangkap
100ml sariwang katas ng orange

50 ml sariwang krema
50 ml sariwang gatas
1 piraso shortcrust pastry

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ilagay ang shortcrust pastry sa pie mould at putulin. Lagyan ng kaunting butas sa ibabaw
2.Ipasok ang pastry sa napa-init na oven at ihumo sa 180oc ng 25 mintos. Palamigin at itabi.
3.Ihalo ang asukal sa itlog na puti. Pagkatapos, isunod na ilagay ang sariwang krema at sariwang gatas. At huling ibuhos ang katas ng orange.
4.Salain ang. Sangkap (3) at ilagay sa pastry. Ihurho uli ng 25 minutos hanggang maayos ang stuffing. Hanguin at palamigin.

Bahan
100 ml jus jeruk Sunkist segar
2 sdm gula
3 butir telur
50 ml fresh cream
50 ml susu segar
1 lembar short crust pastry

Cara Memasak
1.Letakan pastry kedalam cetakan pie dan potong. Tisik beberapa lubang pada pastri dengan garpu.
2.Letakkan pastri kedalam iven panas dan panggang dengan suhu 180oc selama 25 menit. Dinginkan dan sisihkan.
3.Kocok gula dengan putih telur, kemudian, masukkan fresh cream dan susu. Terakhir, tuang jus secara bertahap.
4.Saring bahan (3) dan masukkan kedalam pastri. Panggang lagi selama 25 menit hingga isi beku. Angkat dan dinginkan. Sajikan.
